Insight from Our In-House Tutor.

Graham leads training within our Centre of Excellence, working closely with apprentices and experienced engineers alike. Below, he shares his perspective on how in-house training supports skill development, consistency and quality across our teams.

Here at Carbon Synergy, we believe in excellent standards of quality and education of our work force personnel; therefore, we have our own in-house Centre of Excellence (CoE) academy, which allows us to continually deliver high quality installation work standards and to be fully in line with new technology developments within the industry, alongside the mandatory and apprenticeship training.

All our staff, from 1st year apprentices to engineers and experienced on-site operatives, will spend time in our CoE to continually maintain standards of excellence and education, to deliver the best experience for our clients across the sector.
Our CoE is equipped to cover all aspects of electrical installations and maintenance environments across all settings, including industrial and commercial fire alarms, controlled access, data, system control, power, and lighting.
We also have continued training programs to allow us to introduce new technology in a fast-moving industry, to deliver high-end quality to our clients.
We know that because we invest in our work force, we have the benefits of extremely high standards and education, which enables us to deliver a confident quality work force which is proud to deliver Carbon Synergy’s ethos.
We believe that education goes hand in hand with experience and training; therefore, in-house training is continually producing a valuable team for our company and our clients.

I am proud to run the training programs in our Centre of Excellence and to be part of its achievements.

To deliver a well-educated and well-trained work force, setting quality standards for Carbon Synergy, our clients and the wider industry.
