The brief included electrical services—power, data, LED and specialist lighting, and fire alarm systems and
mechanical services—ventilation, air conditioning, smoke extraction, and welfare area public health systems. Carbon Synergy delivered all design work in-house, with only CFD smoke extraction modelling provided externally. The result was a fully integrated MEP solution delivered on a condensed timeline.

The Project had to be completed prior to November Black Friday which gave only 16weeks from appointment to completion.

To add to the challenge, there was only 4 weeks from appointment to starting onsite with full design approval required from the Landlord prior to commencement of works. Carbon Synergy worked with the client’s architectural and fit out design teams, along with the Landlord’s representative to turn around a full design proposal in-house (with the exception of CFD smoke extraction modelling which was provided externally by one of our approved contractors). The result was a fully integrated MEP solution delivered on a
condensed timeline with no delays to the project.
