Scope:
Haxby Hall Care Home has become part of a 16-home portfolio for Yorkare Homes, with Carbon Synergy
being the clients only preferred electrical contractor.
The care home is a 60-bedroom development with a comprehensive electrical package included fire alarm
systems, general and emergency lighting, power, lightning protection, Solar PV, EV charging points, data
infrastructure, and access control.
All system design was undertaken in-house in close collaboration with the client from the conceptual stage
through to final delivery.
